RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

At Sassori, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right — quickly and without hassle.


Return Window

We accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


How to Start a Return

Do not ship anything back without contacting us first.

Email us at infostore@sassori.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos if the item is damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.


How We Handle Returns

Items under $40 We will issue a full refund without requiring you to ship the item back. We may ask for a photo of the item as confirmation.

Items over $40 We will review your case and provide a return label or specific return instructions on a case-by-case basis.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items We will offer a full refund or free replacement regardless of item value. No return shipment required in most cases.


Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must:

  • Be reported within 30 days of delivery
  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • Include your original proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products
  • Certain health and personal care items
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with visible signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Once your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — posting may take several business days
  3. Contact your bank directly

If you've completed all of the above and still haven't received your refund, email us at infostore@sassori.com


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

This will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at infostore@sassori.com with your order number and photos of the item.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the case is reviewed.

If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we cover it.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (when applicable) may be deducted from your refund total.


U.S. Consumer Rights

This policy is fully compliant with:

  • FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule
  • Visa/Mastercard chargeback guidelines
  • California Consumer Protection Laws (defective item refunds honored regardless of sale status)

Consumers in all U.S. states retain their statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
